Caroline Headrick
Caroline is associate at Madigan, Dahl & Harlan, P.A. She joined the firm in January 2024 after clerking for the Honorable Susan M. Robiner, then the civil presiding judge in Hennepin County. During her time as a clerk, she worked on cases of all sizes and complexity from small business disputes to complex-multi-party, multi-million-dollar litigation. From this experience, she brings a practical understanding of how the courts work, how juries are likely to view cases, and that no two parties needs and interests are the same.
She graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2022. While in law school, Caroline worked at multiple employment law firms, inhouse at a large multi-national corporation, and at a university. The Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality published her note on telework as a reasonable accommodation in February 2022. During her final year of law school Caroline assisted small business owners with their legal needs as a student attorney and then a student director in the school’s pro bono business law clinic.
Prior to law school, Caroline graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University with a Certificate in Conflict Management from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution – consistently ranked as one of the top two dispute resolution programs in the nation over the last two decades.
When not at work, Caroline enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting farmers markets, cooking new recipes, and exploring all the amazing restaurants that Minneapolis has to offer.
